General rental conditions BOX2BE

A) GENERAL 

The general conditions of BOX 2 BE always apply unless otherwise waived in writing. 

They take precedence over the conditions of the co-contractor who, by the very fact of the order, acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions.

B) OFFERS & QUOTES

Unless otherwise stipulated, offers are made without obligation and valid for 20 days.

C) RESERVATIONS

A deposit is systematically required when signing the order form to cover the first costs related to the rental.

This deposit must be paid in cash.

The reservation will be recorded when the deposit is given. 

Even after acceptance of the order, BOX2BE reserves the right to require from the tenant a guarantee or an additional guarantee and, in the event of refusal, to cancel the order or interrupt execution.

A deposit of €350 will be requested 7 days before the event by bank transfer or on the day of assembly of the terminal in cash and this will be refunded to you upon dismantling.

D) EXECUTION & CANCELLATION.

Any order is definitively binding on the buyer: no order cancellation will be accepted.

Reservation TopHowever, in the exceptional case where BOX 2 BE SRL would accept from the co-contractor, the cancellation of an order which has not yet been executed, compensation equal to 20% of the amount of the order will be required.

The deposit paid will not be returned

E) DELIVERY TIMES

No delay engages the responsibility of BOX 2 BE and may not give rise to any request for penalties or compensation, nor may it result in the termination of orders on the part of the buyer.

BOX 2 BE: When, at the buyer’s request, the execution of an order within a shorter time than the normal or expected time causes additional costs, they will be taken into account.

Photo gallery: the link can be sent by email within 31 days after the event.

F) GUARANTEES & RESPONSIBILITIES

BOX 2 BE guarantees the reasonable quality of its products and/or services and undertakes to provide them in accordance with applicable professional standards. If the products and/or services do not correspond to the specific characteristic functions expected, C la BOX will do its utmost to prevent these problems and resolve them as quickly as possible.

No reimbursement, compensation or damages can be claimed, for any reason whatsoever.

G) COMPLAINTS

Any opposition to this acceptance or any complaint relating to the work provided or the invoices must be made by email, explicitly mentioning the subject of the complaint, and sent by email within 7 days, respectively, of delivery or receipt of the Invoice. 

H) PAYMENT AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

All our invoices are payable to our bank account, in euros, to the account and according to the deadline indicated.

Any delay will result in two reminders, the last leading to automatic legal proceedings within ten days. These general conditions are governed by Belgian law. Only the Mons court, French-speaking chambers, have jurisdiction, to the absolute exclusion of any other agreement proposed by our customers and suppliers, even in the event of multiple defendants or warranty claims. Any possible complaint must be sent to us by email, within 7 days of receipt of the order, public holidays included.

Otherwise, the delivery is considered to have been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel the rental of our box if the conditions for payment of deposit or balance are not respected. In the absence of payment on the due date, the amount due will be automatically increased by 15% with a minimum of €150 as a fixed and irreducible penalty clause, without prejudice to legal costs and procedural compensation. Regardless of the penalty clause, any late payment will result, without formal notice, in arrears interest of 3% per month indivisible from the date of the invoice.

Travel costs : 

Delivery costs are calculated from our headquarters located in 7340 Colfontaine. They will be automatically added at the time of your reservation.

From 0 to 30 km – Free delivery

From 31 to 35 km – €20.00

From 36 to 40 km – €25.00

From 41 to 45 km – €30.00

From 46 to 50 km – €35.00

From 51 to 60 km – €50.00

From 61 to 70 km – €70.00

More than 70 km (Only in Belgium) – €100.00

During the event:

No glass with liquid or the like should be placed on the terminal, this risks blocking the fans or damaging our devices inside.

FLOOR or BASEMENT: the photobooth can be installed on the upper floors only if the location has a freight elevator.

Technical service: we are available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. 7 days a week in the event of a problem encountered with the photobooth during your event.

Any damage caused must be reimbursed by the tenants named on the booking link, the total value of the Photobooth is €7,990 excluding VAT

The deposit will not be returned without reimbursement of the problem with the BOX 2 BE terminal in the event of a dispute.

We reserve the right to modify or add conditions at any time, modifications will be sent by email.

the paper reel and the ink cartridge remain the property of Box 2 BE SRL, even in the event of very few prints.

The Photo Booth cannot be placed outdoors (only indoors)

In the event of theft in the place where the box is left, only the customer named on the reservation is responsible and must reimburse the box in full to BOX 2 BE SRL.

When booking: you will be asked to check this condition on the form, This is therefore considered an electronic signature and that you agree to our conditions

BoxARTICLE 1: Purpose

The purpose of these “general conditions of use” is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions for providing the services of the box2be.be site and their use by the “User”.

The general conditions of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User signifies acceptance of these general conditions of use.

Possibly :

  • In the event of non-acceptance of the general conditions of use stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site.
  • “BOX 2 BE SRL” reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time the content of these general conditions of use.

ARTICLE 2: Legal notices

The website www.box2be.be is published by the company BOX 2 BE SRL whose head office is located at 7340 Colfontaine, with company number BE 0795,227.873 in Belgium.

The  Publication Director is  Mr. Nicolas Danyluk.

The site is hosted by the company: o2switch.

ARTICLE 3: Definitions

The purpose of this clause is to define the various essential terms of the contract:

  • User: this term designates any person who uses the site or one of the services offered by the site.
  • User content: this is the data transmitted by the User within the site.
  • Member: the User becomes a member when he is identified on the site.
  • Username and password: this is all the information necessary to identify a User on the site. The username and password allow the User to access services reserved for members of the site. The password is confidential.

ARTICLE 4: Access to services

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.

Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the network or server does not engage the responsibility of “Box 2 BE SRL”.

Access to the site’s services may at any time be subject to interruption, suspension, modification without notice for maintenance or any other case. The User undertakes not to claim any compensation following the interruption, suspension or modification of this contract.

ARTICLE 5: Completion of the sale and order

The sale takes place at the time the goods and services have been selected, the purchase confirmed after examination of the goods and services ordered and the price and the order received and confirmed by us.

In order to guarantee the safety and security of the consumer, “Box 2 BE SRL” also reserves the right to request additional information and, if necessary, to refuse to execute the order.

The order can only be registered on the site if the consumer has clearly identified himself. To identify themselves, the consumer needs their email address and password.

By purchasing or ordering the goods and services, the consumer accepts these general conditions, as well as the prices and description of the products sold, irrevocably, as they exist at the time of the order, excluding the application any other general conditions. The consumer will receive an order confirmation email to the specified email address.

The consumer expressly confirms having received, before the conclusion of this contract, the prior information to be provided to the consumer in accordance with articles VI.64 and 65 of the CDE. This information forms an integral part of this contract and may only be modified with the express agreement of the parties.

NKD EVENTS (Cine Vision Pro) declines all responsibility for the image you wish printed on the frame, the user is aware and takes all responsibilities in the event of a dispute over copyright or with a third party.

ARTICLE 6: Delivery

The consumer has the choice of having:

– either at home or at the address of a third person

– or at a collection point.

– or in a bpost parcel distributor.

BOX 2 BE undertakes to make deliveries of the items ordered as quickly as possible.

The package will be shipped within 10 days to 15 business days.

As soon as the order is complete, it will be shipped immediately.

We cover part of the preparation, packaging and shipping costs; this is why we ask you for a flat rate contribution of €10 per package (amount subject to change depending on commercial operations), this remains due even in the event of total or partial return of the order.

To collect packages from delivery points, a valid ID is required. Otherwise, the products ordered cannot be delivered.

Any delivery problem (missing or damaged item) must be reported to us within 48 hours by email. The corresponding returned item must then reach us within 14 days of receipt requesting an exchange or refund.

ARTICLE 7: Price

The prices of our goods and services are indicated in euros, all taxes included on the website. Delivery costs are mentioned separately, depending on the choice made. Orders are payable in euros.

“Box 2 BE SRL” reserves the right to adapt its prices at any time, without any prior notification. Goods and services are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the orders are registered, subject to availability and administrative errors. BOX 2 BE expressly reserves the right to modify and/or correct its prices when invoicing to take into account a possible computer or display error linked to the distance selling technique via the Internet.

The products remain the property of BEX 2 BE until full payment of the purchase price. Despite this retention of title, the risk of loss and damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer at the time of delivery.

Promotions can not be combined together. Discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for their monetary value or refunded in part or in full.

ARTICLE 8: Right of withdrawal

The consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the cases determined by law and among others when the goods are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or when the execution of the service contract has started before the end of the withdrawal period.

ARTICLE 9: Availability

Our product offers are valid while stocks last or subject to availability from the supplier or producer. In the event of unavailability of products after placing an order, we will inform the consumer as soon as possible, without being required to pay any compensation. Any liability in this regard is excluded.

ARTICLE 10: Intellectual property

The brands, logos, signs and any other content of the site are subject to protection by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright.

The User requests prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents.

The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context. Use of the contents for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any content posted online by the User is their sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to post content online that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by an injured third party against the site will be borne by the User.

User content may be deleted or modified by the site at any time and for any reason. The User does not receive any justification or notification prior to the deletion or modification of User content.

ARTICLE 11: Personal data

BOX 2 BE has the right to collect certain personal data from visitors to the cinevisionpro.be website and to keep it. This data is used by BOX 2 BE in the context of services, newsletter management, market research and also in order to carry out information campaigns on certain products and services.

The data used is kept as long as it is useful for the use for which it was collected.

BOX 2 BE undertakes to treat data confidentially and protect it against unauthorized third parties or illegal use. These personal data are processed in accordance with the law of December 8, 1992 concerning the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.

ARTICLE 12: Liability and force majeure

The sources of information published on the site are deemed reliable. However, the site reserves the right to not guarantee the reliability of the sources. The information given on the site is purely informative. Thus, the User alone assumes full responsibility for the use of the information and content of this site.

The User ensures to keep his password secret. Any disclosure of the password, whatever its form, is prohibited.

The User assumes the risks associated with the use of his username and password. The site declines all responsibility.

Any use of the service by the User directly or indirectly resulting in damage must be compensated for by the site.

An optimal guarantee of the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted is not ensured by the site. However, the site undertakes to implement all necessary means to best guarantee the security and confidentiality of data.

The site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

ARTICLE 13: Hypertext links

The web pages to which the hypertext links lead in no way engage the responsibility of BOX 2 BE which does not have control of these links.

The User therefore undertakes not to hold the site responsible for the content and resources relating to these outgoing hypertext links.

ARTICLE 14: Evolution of the contract

The site reserves the right at any time to modify the clauses stipulated in this contract.

ARTICLE 15: Duration

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract produces its effects with regard to the User from the use of the service.

ARTICLE 16: End of services offered by BOX 2 BE and termination of the user account

NKD Events reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time and terminate its website.

Each user can cancel their BOX 2 BE membership at any time.

This decision does not entitle you to the recovery of various contributions or registration fees.

ARTICLE 17: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These general conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any disputes are judged before the competent French-speaking courts.
